At Shop Fancy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion piece isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Shop Fancy account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached. Ensure the clothing is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
